TRAINING METHODOLOGY:

The sessions emphasise the participants to develop an understanding to project management whilst applying the different concepts to optimise timely deliverables towards the organisational objectives. This workshop will be facilitated by qualified facilitators who are subject matters experts using a variety of facilitation methodology and techniques to ensure team members are fully engaged, participate and enjoy the experience. The content of the sessions and the related activities are designed to motivate people to communicate effectively between stakeholders, encourage intra & interdepartmental collaboration, manage outsourced services and contribute to ROI.

NICK G. PERSAND
(CMgr FCMI, FAAPM, MPM, CIPM)

 

Nick G. Persand is a seasoned management strategist and a certified project manager. He has 20+ years of hands-on experience in the management & engineering sectors and

has both local and international exposure in highly rated MNCs in developing business strategies with the ultimate aim to maximise operational effectiveness.

He is a scholarship holder and doctorate candidate from Unicaf University (ZM), holds a master’s degree in Global Management from the University of Salford (UK), a B.Sc. in Engineering Management from the University of Lincoln (UK), a professional member of the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM), an MQA approved trainer, sits on the Board of Directors of the Green Building Council Mauritius (GBCM) and lectures in private business schools in the fields of Project / Operation Management and Information System & Knowledge Management.

FEES AND REFUND

 

Rs 25,000 per participant.

Course is MQA approved and company sponsored participants

can get a refund from HRDC.

Fees include lunches, tea breaks and training materials.
